Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of SmartGroom's website and pet grooming software (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SmartGroom provides pet grooming business management software, including online booking, appointment scheduling, client and pet records, automated reminders, card-on-file no-show protection through Stripe, Google review requests and data export.

2. Pricing and payment

SmartGroom is offered as a one-time purchase. The launch price of $599 applies to the first 20 salons; the price is $799 thereafter. Prices are in USD and payment is processed by Stripe.

There is no recurring SmartGroom software subscription. SMS usage, hosting and domain registration are separate costs and are not included in the purchase price.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund of the purchase price. This guarantee applies to the one-time software purchase.

4. Your account and data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. Your client, pet and booking data remains yours, and you may export it at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how you communicate with your own clients.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it by unauthorised means, or use it in breach of applicable law. You are responsible for complying with the consumer and messaging rules that apply where you trade, including those governing cancellation fees and marketing messages.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe for payments and Google for analytics and reviews. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.

7. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartGroom disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. SmartGroom does not guarantee that clients will attend their appointments.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
